MET Recruitment are currently seeking a Production Operative for a temporary position working permanent afternoon shifts. This role is ideal for someone hands‑on, reliable, and comfortable working with production machinery.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating VAT Lamp Equipment — placing panels into the machine, activating the process, and monitoring development.
- Panel Processing — ensuring panels are correctly fed into and out of the machine.
- Quality Monitoring — checking that each panel is developed to the required standard.
- General Production Support — maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

What We’re Looking For
- Machine‑operating experience (preferred but not essential)
- Attention to detail and ability to follow set processes
- Reliability and good timekeeping
- Ability to work independently on a fixed afternoon shift
