- Finish all paint repairs within the estimated time frames
- Safeguard vehicles and their contents while in the bodyshop
- Adhere to safety standards and regulations when returning vehicles to clients
- Interpret and follow technical instruction data accurately
- Use paint mixing schemes and drying equipment correctly for all repairs
- Seek clarification from the Bodyshop Manager when work instructions are unclear
- Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
- Fully qualified Vehicle Paint Sprayer (NVQ Level 3, ATA accredited or equivalent)
- Strong, stable experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer (time-served candidates considered)
- Valid UK driving licence
- Ability to produce high-quality work consistently in a busy environment
- Motivated, team player with a commitment to safety and standards
- Experience working to PAS 125 standards or ATA accreditation is advantageous but not essential
- Good understanding of paint mixing schemes and spray equipment
