We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a major strip out project in Reading. Working with a well-established construction and refurbishment contractor known for delivering high-quality commercial, fit out, and specialist construction projects across the UK, this is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced live scheme.
The role will involve managing a large demolition and strip out team of 20+ operatives, overseeing day-to-day site activities, maintaining health & safety standards, and ensuring works are delivered on programme.
The ideal candidate will be a strong character with previous experience managing demolition, strip out, or major refurbishment projects within busy environments.
Requirements:
SMSTS
CSCS Card
First Aid at Work
Previous strip out / demolition management experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Immediate start available with approximately 9 weeks remaining on the project.
