Technical Coordinator - Kent
A well-established residential developer is looking to appoint a Technical Coordinator to join their growing technical team, supporting several traditional build residential developments across Kent.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable developer working under an experienced Technical Manager on a range of quality housing schemes, offering strong career development and flexible hybrid working.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinating design information across multiple residential projects
- Managing external consultants and supporting the Technical Manager
- Reviewing technical drawings and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
- Assisting with planning conditions, building control and technical approvals
- Supporting projects through pre-construction and delivery phases
- Managing RFIs, technical queries and utility coordination
Suitable candidates will ideally have previous experience working for a residential developer or main contractor in a Technical Coordinator or similar role, with exposure to traditional build housing schemes.
Up to £55,000 plus package, alongside flexible working and long-term progression opportunities within a stable and growing business.
