The same contractor is also looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Estimator within its Leeds office.
The Role
You will be responsible for producing accurate and competitive electrical tenders across a range of large-scale developments.
Key responsibilities:

Electrical take-offs and pricing from first principles
-
Pricing LV distribution, containment, lighting, power, fire alarm and associated systems
-
Managing supplier and subcontractor pricing returns
-
Contributing to risk analysis and value engineering
-
Supporting tender reviews and client meetings
-
Coordinating with mechanical estimating colleagues on combined MEP bids
Requirements
-
Proven background as an Electrical Estimator within building services
-
Experience pricing medium to large MEP projects
-
Strong technical and commercial understanding
-
Detail-focused and able to manage multiple tenders
