Our client is a top global business school, currently ranked by the Financial Times as the number one business school in the world. An opportunity has now arisen for a Recruitment and Admissions Manager to join their team.
This role would suit someone with knowledge of student recruitment and experience of working in a culturally diverse organisation, looking to develop their career with a top global educational establishment.
As a Recruitment and Admissions Manager, you will be responsible for promoting the business school throughout the UK and internationally via various marketing initiatives.
Playing a key role in the admissions process, you will be required to build relationships with candidates in order to select the highest quality class from the applicant pool and persuade them to study at the school.
You will be tasked with:
- Advising and guiding candidates through the admission process
- Arranging interviews for MBA applicants from specified countries
- Arranging and representing the school at overseas marketing events
- Analysing competitors and customers needs
- Contributing to conversion and marketing tasks
To be considered for the role of Recruitment and Admissions Manager, you must have:
- Significant knowledge of and experience in student recruitment and admissions
- Experience of working for a culturally diverse organisation
Additionally, you must be IT literate with exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills. The ability to effectively converse with senior level contacts is also essential.
Although not essential, an awareness of, or experience in the MBA market would be a distinct advantage to your application.
