Our client is a top global business school, currently ranked by the Financial Times as the number one business school in the world. An opportunity has now arisen for a Graduate Recruitment Manager to join their team.
This role would suit an ambitious and hardworking individual with graduate recruitment experience looking to further their career with a top global educational establishment.
As a Graduate Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day to day aspects of the ‘Masters in Management’ (MiM) careers service programme. This will include driving recruitment opportunities and planning and implementing a strategic recruitment service for MiM students.
This role will also involve considerable interaction with all career services team members, programme offices and other departments within the school as well as external recruiters.
You will be tasked with:
- Acting as a conduit between career services, the students and the MiM programme office
- Identifying, segmenting and targeting appropriate graduate level corporate recruiters
- Representing the MiM programme across the department and externally
- Assisting with the design of training materials
- Managing records, programme information and budget
To be considered for the role of Graduate Recruitment Manager, you must have:
- Graduate recruitment experience
- Excellent proposal writing and business development skills
Additionally, you will be an exceptional communicator with the ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.
