Our client is a leading international marine surveying and technical consultancy. Operating from a worldwide network of offices, they offer unparalleled access to renowned experience and advanced technology. An opportunity has now arisen for a Client Relations & Marketing Manager to join their team.

This role would suit a marketing/events professional with an excellent track record in client relations, looking to further their career with a global name.

As a Client Relations & Marketing Manager, you will assist the Managing Director with the maintenance and development of client relationships, as well as being one of the principle points of contact to help resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.

You will also have responsibility for the client relations’ marketing budget, co-ordinate and attend client events, and work with internal departments to ensure a complete and efficient service for the client.

Your duties will include:

- leading and developing the company marketing program

- assisting with the preparation of meetings and client visits

- keeping up-to-date with services and work within the group to maintain sales materials

- communicating new services to the client base

- co-ordinating client events, attending where appropriate

To be considered for this position, you must have marketing or events management experience coupled with a strong track record in client relationship management. You will also need to demonstrate good IT skills.

In addition to excellent communication skills, as the Client Relations & Marketing Manager you should exhibit a professional approach and have strong attention to detail. A degree (or equivalent) would be beneficial to your application.
