As a specialist e-learning consultancy, our client delivers a managed e-learning service to over 230 organisations across the public and private sector. An opportunity has now arisen for an IT Support Analyst / IT Project Co-ordinator to join their team.
This role would suit an IT graduate (or equivalent) looking to develop their career with a company offering fantastic scope for progression.
As an IT Support Analyst / IT Project Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for ‘live’ projects under the supervision of the CEO.
Initially, you will start in a support role, therefore you will need to be personable, a good listener and patient. Thereafter, you will become involved in managing your own projects, training clients on site and managing the technical developers.
Your duties will include:
- Project managing
- Training
- Creating technical documentation
- Providing telephone support to users
To be considered for the role of IT Support Analyst / IT Project Co-ordinator, you must have at least a 2:1 IT degree (or equivalent).
Most importantly, you will be a self starter, highly driven and possess the ability to work independently in an entrepreneurial atmosphere.
Although not essential, any of the following would be a distinct advantage to your application:
- A knowledge of e-learning and/or content management systems and web application support
- A basic knowledge of HTML / JavaScript / CSS
- Knowledge of common Web browser issues
