Job Details
One of the largest MEP Contractors in Dubai have approached Energi to source for them, an experienced Claims Manager with a proven track record of Managing claims on large scale projects.
Candidate will have a proven track record in compiling, managing and the successful negotiation of claims. Formulating and implimenting strategies, processes and procedures to protect the company`s rights and entitlements under the contract and to put in place records to defend the company against claims from external parties.
Degree Qualified, MRICS preferred. Arbitration experience a plus, but not essential.
